"scorched earth" policy that left the city a smouldering mess. Once ready, the team will load the materials aboard local transport and move along the coastline to the spectacular and isolated eastern peninsular. Along the way the natural beauty of this island and people will be revealed. Snorkelling is first class with an abundance of aquatic life to be found underwater. A member of the Life Love & Health charity will help to guide the team to the remote village of Gleno (Ermera District). Working closely with local craftsmen the team will help to refurbish a community center. This center will be used by the Mother Support Group in the future to help women improve their current situation and hopefully reduce the very high infant mortality rate (1 in 10 newborns die). This is just one of many locations that Life, Love and Health are targeting in conjuction with the First Ladies Alola foundation.
